I’ｍ very like to eat Shiokara, which is made by squid. It might be difficult to eat for the 1st time, because of the smell.
The Shiokara is selling in the market and packed nicely.
I bought this Shiokara at Japan meat (Joyful Honda) near the Yokota Air base.
The taste is like solty. When I was staying overseas, I missed so much this Shiokara. I think that it is available only in Japan.
I would like to recommend Shiokara, when you visit Japan.
